 Category 5e Patch Cords

OCC’s Category 5e patch cords are manufactured to strict standards, ensuring adherence to TIA/EIA 568-B.2 component performance requirements. After all, OCC’s test methods for patch cord component testing methods have helped form the basis for the Category 5e standards. This commitment to guaranteed performance is what makes OCC’s A5E patch cords an excellent addition to any SMP structured cabling system.


 Category 6 Patch Cords

OCC’s Category 6 patch and workstation cords are the perfect compliment to any OCC copper system. OCC’s Axcess 6 cords offer Onyx Grip, strain relief solution that ensures mechanical and electrical stability during and after adds, moves or changes. In addition, Axcess 6 patch cords utilize straight-thru pair orientation and are 100% component performance tested. OCC’s test methods have formed the basis for standard patch cord component testing methods in TIA/EIA 568-B.2 -1 Category 6 standards ensuring that the Axcess 6 patch cord will guarantee performance.


 Category 6a Patch Cords

OCC created Category 6a station cords that guarantee 6a compliance and offer superior PSANEXT performance suitable for mitigation of alien cross-talk. These station cords also improve the external noise immunity of structured communications cabling systems and EMI suppression through shielded cabling and plug design. Overall, OCC’s Cat 6a patch cords assist in creating a complete 10 Gigabit throughput system that can be relied upon for years to come.


QuadBox Pre-term Category 6/6A Cable Assemblies

OCC’s newest design for effortless data center cabling is a 4-channel pre-terminated system that utilizes Keystone outlet jacks and bundled 4 pair cable to allow for rapid deployment reducing down time.  The unique housing construction utilizes any of OCC’s KMJ series jacks This affords options including  Category 5e, 6, and 6a allowing multiple protocol options from 10M-10Gbps.  Each jack being available in both Unshielded and Shielded constructions also allows for an optional grounded shield for network isolation or Alien Crosstalk as relevant where security and/or protocol requirements exist. Cables to be terminated to the jacks are 4x4pr with a speed-wrap bundle.  Construction  options include: Category 5e (UTP and F/UTP), Category 6 (UTP and F/UTP) and  Category 6a (UTP and F/UTP).  Each cable option is available in both CMR and CMP.
